As a Clinical Nutritionist and a Naturopath, my approach to health
care is very diverse. First is to upgrade your diet by
improving the quality of everything you eat and drink. Organic
foods, plenty of protein, healthy fat and vegetables will stabilize
your blood sugar and immediately improve mood, sleep, attention and
food cravings.
Secondly, let's look at lifestyle issues such as lack of sleep,
stress levels at work, anxiety, and exercise choices. All
these must be improved if you expect your body to fully regain its
health.
Third, eliminate foods which you cannot digest or tolerate, such as
sugar, cow's dairy, wheat, etc. This reduces inflammation in
the brain and body, and allows the intestines to begin to heal,
producing more immune fighters and neurotransmitters.
Fourth, reduce toxicity levels, balance hormones using bio-identical
hormones, and fight chronic infections.
Using muscle-testing and state-of-the-art laboratory tests, we
determine the need for professional grade herbs, vitamins,
antioxidants, and homeopathic remedies. Supplements are meant
to be taken for a lifetime, so we hope to educate you on making the
best choices for long-term health.
