Introduction to Muscle-Response Testing
Saturday & Sunday, September 13th & 14th.

This great introductory class will give you lots of information and practice time on learning to muscle test. On the second day we will introduce and practice self-testing, a tool that is a little tricky to master, but can be used for the rest of your life. I test myself every day for a wide variety of things, from what shampoo to use today, to what feed is best for the pony and donkey. It is best to enroll a friend or family member so you have someone to practice with and to test on after the class.

Cost: $125. 10 to 3:30 both days.

What To Eat and How To Fix It.
Saturday, October 11th.

Not a cooking class, but we’ll be talking about shopping, recipes, cooking methods and more. I will review a lot of information that you may have forgotten from your first appointments with me, and elaborate more on subjects like sprouting, crock pots, choosing the right fat and salt, and much more.

Cost: $65. 10 to 3:30.
