AUTUMN 2006
Greetings dear friends!
It has been a year since my
last newsletter and there is a lot to catch up on. I am happy
to say that I have some good news for you, and, I am very sorry
to say that I have some sad news for you too.
First the good news! Many
of you know that I have been on a health sabbatical for a while
and not in the office much. It was hard to walk away from my
practice as I did, feeling that I was abandoning you all, but
frankly I had no choice as I was not functioning well at that
point. I am feeling better now, and I have a new outlook on my
life and on how I might contribute to the health and happiness
of others. I still have a lot of healing to do, but progress
is clear!
I have learned SO MUCH
during this time!! I can’t wait to share my new understanding
of the Body-Mind Connection and how our emotions and thoughts
make us well, or make us sick. I do Emotional Freedom Technique
(EFT) on myself every day, finding it invaluable for life’s
daily anxieties as well as for eliminating the fears and mental
programs that keep us stuck in emotional and physical patterns.
It is extremely easy to learn the basics of EFT and I will be
teaching these in regular appointments as well as in classes.

I am starting to see a few
clients per week now. I will do regular muscle-testing for
supplements, but my secondary focus is to share what I have
learned about EFT, self muscle-testing, meditation, Body Talk,
relaxation, and personal growth. I want to reduce the
supplements used and increase your ability to make changes in
your body, mind and emotions.
