OCTOBER 2006

Hello again!

It has been great hearing from some of you in response to the September newsletter.  I look forward to working again with you all.

Many thanks to those of you who have already sent cards, letters and financial gifts to Erin and her family.  They appreciate you so much and are grateful for your help.  My goal is to raise several thousand dollars so that Erin can continue to get the intravenous Vitamin C treatments that help her so much.  There are also accumulated bills to pay and all the expenses of family life with two teenaged boys.

Please mail donations to Erin at 251 Millwood, 78216.  Checks can be made to Erin or Karl Graf.  You may also leave cash or checks at my office.  If you wish to donate anonymously, we have envelopes you can use as well.  THANKS to everyone for your prayers and gifts.

LEARNING TO MUSCLE TEST

I am very excited about the upcoming class on October 14th.  As I wrote you last month, I have been studying and using various aspects of the Mind-Body Connection in my own healing efforts this past year.  You may never have thought that muscle testing is connected to Mind-Body work but it is!

The ability to directly communicate with the body as to “Where the problem is, What the problem is, and What is the best solution to the problem” is one way muscle testing has been invaluable to me over the past 20 years.  But it is also an inherent part of my daily life, testing myself for everything from food choices, to body-care products, to what is the source of an emotional or physical response I am currently having and the best way to resolve it.

In our October class, we will be learning how to muscle test yourself as well as others.  I can think of no greater life-long tool I can pass along to you than this!!  While it is easy to learn the basics of testing, there are lots of little tricks that make it more accurate and more informative. We will be practicing these to help you feel more comfortable with the process.

We will also be learning and practicing the most basic tenet of all mind-body work – how to be aware of your thoughts and how to redirect thought energy into more positive forms of peacefulness, self-esteem and wellness.  Together with muscle-testing, this may be the most valuable thing I have ever taught!  I hope to see you there.
